I am in no way affiliated with the company, but we both think GoodFeet makes the best arch supports. I wore them on a hike, fell in a stream and wore them all the way back with no problem. With the doctors there was no hope of wearing strapy feminine shoes or loafers. They are very heavy and the shoe will flop off your feet. The Goodfeet supports are wafer thin and light and because they are see through they do not look conspicuous.
