Combat Medical Systems gets $86 million Defense Department contract
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.,[url=http://www.apollo13show.com/]michael kors coupon[/url], April 17 () -- An $86 million contract for tactical medical equipment and devices has been given to Combat Medical Systems by the U.S. Department of Defense.The Defense Logistics Agency, which announced the award, said the contract is for five years and is specifically for its Medical Electronic Catalog that delivers medical equipment to U.S. military and federal agencies around the world."We are extremely proud to have been awarded this contract," said CMS President, Corey Russ. "ECAT is an important channel of procurement for our customers and continues to strengthen our relationship with the (Defense Department) and the other federal agencies we support."Equipment and devices covered are those developed by CMS for medics and first responders.
