Spain's UEFA EURO 2008 qualifying campaign suffered a blow
on Friday with star striker Fernando Torres being ruled out of this
weekend's crucial qualifier against Denmark, Spanish media
reported.

Aarhus, Denmark on Friday evening after picking up a groin strain
and is expected to also miss Wednesday's friendly against
Finland.
His absence is a blow for coach Luis Aragones after David Villa

Aragones had opted against calling up experienced duo Raul and
Fernando Morientes, meaning the Spanish attack will now consist of

Spain and Sweden sit on top of Group F with 19 points, with
Denmark in fourth five points behind.
