Bart Bryant leads after one round of the Boeing Classic
SNOQUALMIE, Wash., Aug. 23 () -- Bart Bryant, seeking his second Champions Tour win in as many weeks, took a one-shot lead Friday after one round of the Boeing Classic.Bryant, who became eligible for the tour when he turned 50 last November, recorded his first win on the circuit a week ago at the Dick's Sporting Goods Open. He won three times during his regular PGA Tour career.He shot a 6-under-par 66 at the TPC-Snoqualmie Ridge course in a round highlighted by four straight birdies starting at the par-four third.Duffy Waldorf and Bobby Clampett shared second place at 67.
