CHICAGO, Feb. 14 () -- Corn futures closed mostly lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade with the dollar index up 0.35 percent to 80.35 on the International Exchange.Corn was off 1 to unchanged, soybeans were off 5 to off 6 1/4, wheat was off 2 to off 3 1/2 and oats were unchanged to up 3 1/4.The dollar's recent rally weighed on grain prices.
