RIGHT EAR AUDIO ONLY AND BASS DISTORTION,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
Cool so this is my 2nd pair of G930's,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. These have bass distortion on normal/default EQ settings and audio only comes out of the right ear when on stereo settings. Music sounds better in stereo than in 7.1 on my headphones,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
My prior pair didn't have either of these issues. I get a new pair from Logitech and bam,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], new problems - cool thanks Logitech. At least these ones don't drop connections,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], have static,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], pops, and hisses every 3 seconds. I don't know which is worse.
There are user workarounds that MIGHT work for these problems,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Why am I experiencing these problems to begin with,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]? Why do I have to spend my money on a half-working product and then have to spend my time on finding "workarounds"!??! Unacceptable Logitech,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Completely unnaceptable,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
When I had an occasional problem with my previous set I would come to the forums to find solutions and I would see all these people with these headset problems and think "What's wrong with that PERSON? Mine works fine 95% of the time. They must be doing something wrong." Now I'm in their shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], paddling along in the same boat on Logijunk River. We're the hapless consumers that gets the short end of the stick.
I know how you'll respond to this post,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], telling me to contact Customer Support. I guess I'll waste my own time and money sending these back for another pair,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], AGAIN. Or, Logijunk could just update their software and drivers and fix issues instead of wasting time adding new [broken] "features" and "cool new gaming profiles".
If another company updates their software and fixes their issues which in turn causes G930's to malfunction,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], obviously Logijunk is horrible at programming. MAKE AN INDEPENDENT SYSTEM.
I can't have PerfectDisk installed without hearing static, hiss, and pops every 3 seconds. As soon as I uninstalled PerfectDisk,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], my 3rd issue went away. PerfectDisk uses the Windows API and built-in windows services to defrag HDD's. Why would something like that cause Logijunk's software to cause so many issues unless LGS had open handles and process calls to things that aren't really necessary. Just remember to update Flash later on when they sort the problem out on their end.
