I personally saw to the matter being posted to the public record at the county recorders office but I'l probably never be able to collect. But here's the kicker,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this POS continues to refer his bogus claims against me to various collection agencies (three so far) that I have to beat down with a rolled up copy of my judgement against him.
I tried to file a complaint or get a restraining order against Barry Cohan but the Long Beach City Court (AKA Mayberry) says I have no case against him for continued harrassment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
Also,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the wise tribunal that runs Long Beach has not revoked this guy's business license,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], instead allowing him to continue his fraudulent practice directly across the street from the city hall courthouse while innocent citizens continue to fall his victim.
I hope he gets what is coming his way when he goes to prison,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if he ever gets there that is.
I went to Dr. Cohan to get invisalign. After several visits I realized how unorganized he was. His office never wrote anything down and when I would come back for my next visit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they never knew what was going on. After several months,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Dr. Cohan went out on "Disability",[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and another dr. took over while he was out. I had to order refinements for my teeth and the refinements got lost for 3 months. The office was no help and when I kept calling to find out what we were going to do they got nasty and loud with me,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and treated me as if it was my fault,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they lost my refinements. Since then,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Dr. Cohan has come back and left again. A brand new dentist had come in to replace him and began to treat my invisalign case. When I was scheduled for next appointment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the office called and advised me they did not have a dentist that handled invisalign and would have to call me to set up an appt. when they could find a dentist. It has been over a month. I have had the same trays in my mouth for over 6 weeks,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and that is not healthy. My teeth are still crooked. I decided to go see a different dentist to see if they could continue my work to finish my invisalign and was told it would cost me another 3k because it would have to be considered a new case and that Dr. Cohan was responsible for finishing my work. I am outraged. and cant even get in touch with Dr. cohan and dont know what to do. I am getting married and all I want is for my teeth to be fixed. So he's a thief and we know about it so what how many thieves or bigots have not been caught or identified. Not saying he's right but we all make mistakes maybe he will learn from his. Judging him makes us no better than he is.
