Mountie alleges years of sexual harassment

She outlines years of harassment inside a 115-page internal complaint the RCMP has yet to reply to, including allegations a supervisor about the Missing Women's Task Force lied to colleagues when he explained these were intimate and that he even exposed himself to her.
"He said, 'I have something to show you' . and pulled out an appendage. He desired to show me his mole because he desired to know if I believed it was cute,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," she said.
"I said, 'Let's go back to the office. We're late. Restore it inside your pants.'"
According to Galliford,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a supervisor on the Air India Task Force was even more direct.
"One of my bosses kept trying to be intimate with me throughout time on Air India and kept on taking me on the highway attempting to have relations with me," she said.
"We haven't any new information to share with the Air India families right now, why are we happening this trip? And no one said anything, however it was while he desired to provide the perception that we were a couple."

Mike Webster, a consulting police psychologist in private practice, believes Galliford's deteriorating health has little to do with the murder files she worked on, and it is directly linked to the harassment she faced from colleagues on the job.
"I don't believe there's a female in the outfit who hasn't been approached sexually,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," Webster said.
"The way her employer handled it afterwards is likely to have experienced a larger effect on her present state of mind than she went through initially,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]."
Webster says Galliford's allegations come as no real surprise.
"Senior executives for many years have been accountable to no one and they have created a toxic work place,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], high amounts of employee stress and a culture of fear," Webster said.
"It's creating a tremendous effect on the morale from the RCMP, therefore the grievance process doesn't help them whatsoever. What exactly are they likely to do? They turn to ODS,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], off duty sick . the RCMP membership calls it 'off duty mad.'"
