I loved Miami for the first year of living there, but then it's almost as if living on a Island, because Island fever sets in and you realize you've seen everything ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], done all the boating,fishing,snorkeling,shopping,clubbing and there's not much left to Miami to see. It gets elevated by the stars who buy homes there, but most of those stars have homes elsewhere,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], such as NY,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],California, Europe ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so for them Miami is never their home except for a few months at a time.
Miami was re- built on drug money during the 1980's it's been reported in several documentaries on the city,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
I too love living in Florida, humidity and all,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but while Miami can boast of the fabulous weather, it is the people who make any city and unfortunately we have nothing but rude, ignorant, disrespectful,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], lowlifes living here. I don't care how much education you think you have,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], nothing says more about the populous than letting the door bang into someone behind you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], physically pushing your way through the crowd and NEVER, never saying, please, thank you or excuse me! This speaks volumes as to their upbringing.
Oh,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and then we can get into how they drive - never,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], ever using their turn signals,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], stopping on green,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], going on red, constantly on their cell phones,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so discourteous that they wouldn't dream of letting anyone into traffic, in fact they speed up just so you can't get in!
All in all,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], quite rightly dubbed the "rudest city in America". And I for one can't wait to get out of Miami and move further north where the civilised people live.
