Diary of a Bridesmaid

And that good because it the topic of this week bridesmaid diary and the very next thing on the list of to organise the right shoe may be a tricky area for some people. And after having seen a variety of shoes on display in the shops we visited on the bridal dress quest, I imagine getting the shoe to match the fabric/shade of your dress would be quite a challenge.
Not for my bride, however,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], because she is opting for the shoe-free look. That right,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], she plans to walk footloose, bare and fancy free down the grassy aisle.
Now, I not sure how common this is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or what you make of this admission readers but I imagine going shoe free only really makes sense at beach weddings. And if I can be perfectly honest,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I also not sure how much I like the idea. And now I laughing to myself at the thought of how much I am beginning to care about the details of this wedding. When did this happen to me? Is this normal?
Anyway,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as I quite clearly need to remind myself,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this is her wedding and therefore,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], her choice. And it does suit her outdoorsy, relaxed nature,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but I worried. The dress she has chosen is just so elegant; would it be wrong to have your feet hanging out the bottom?
There may however be a couple of things on our side here. The dress is very long, skimming her feet without shoes and so will probably do a good job of covering most of her feet up. But then again,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not as she walks down the aisle and if she spends the whole day walking on the grass without shoes, won her dress drag along behind her? I have a terrible image of grassy green streaks all over that beautiful silk gown haven discussed this yet,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but I starting to wonder if a beautiful pair of sandals might work instead. At least that covers her feet,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and with just enough of a heel to protect her dress?
Otherwise a pedicure is a definite must or maybe even some of that beautiful henna painting that I seen of the feet of some Indian brides. And then of course, I thinking we might also have to re-think the grassy aisle. Maybe we need a mat of some description?
