APThe Dallas Cowboys have filled yet another position on their coaching staff.According to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com, the Cowboys have hired former University of Tennessee head coach Derek Dooley to coach the wide receiver position.Dooley was fired by Tennessee after three years as head coach of the Volunteers. Tennessee's record declined in each of Dooley's three seasons at the helm and they won just one game in the Southeastern Conference over the last two seasons. Dooley's only prior NFL experience was as a tight ends coach for the Miami Dolphins from 2005-2006 under head coach Nick Saban.
