My title pretty much sums it up, but let me dig right into a few additional information for you dear reader.
This spin bike is everything I was looking for. It is the same as the spin bikes at the gym I used to be a member of. Those were Lemond bikes, though not the latest models,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but still excellent ones and incredibly pricey!
I 6 having a long torso and this bike has all the adjustments which i need. I was exploring the less expensive spin bikes here on Amazon, however the something they lacked was the ability to adjust the handlebars fore/aft. I wasn sure if the bike could be right and there were no dealers nearby that I could try before choosing. The belt drive is smooth and quiet! The seat feels safe to me, but I an old road racer. It an individual item and can be easily replaced for an additional seat because it uses a standard mount. Those that included it have clips/straps on one side should you don have or care to use cleated shoes. The other side are SPD cleat ready and the cleats are included! You'll need shoes that may accommodate SPD cleats if you choose to rely on them and there are several models and styles to select from here on Amazon or your chosen bike accessory dealer.
The handlebars are very nice with multiple styles for various riding positions. Time trial, Triathlon, etc. You can also hold on to the very best bar as you would find on the traditional bike. It is only missing the drop style (road bike). They're covered with a foam padding which is sufficient. I also wear padded cycling gloves and am comfortable, though I might wrap the bars by having an much more comfortable handlebar tape.
I like the heavier 44lb flywheel that is perfectly balanced. This gives a smooth pedal stroke and feel towards the entire bike is extremely stable and has a very solid feel. There isn't any movement or rocking despite out of the saddle hard peddling.

I owned this bike for 12 months. When it had been relatively new it worked like a charm and gave me some serious workouts. The frame is extremely heavy which allows you to arrive the tension and extremely lean into the rides.

You'll have to take off the belt guard and can need to take away the big flywheel to be able to install the new belt. You taking a look at a dirty 1 hour job minimum should you a big strong person who is nice at fixing things. To top that off the company that sells this doesn carry the replacement belt. I called them for any replacement plus they explained i would have to wait for 8 weeks on back-order!!!
